What I Hope To Accomplish
Shaving a second or 2 off my 400 time.
Try an all out 400; no pacing; run an 24 sec 200 split
Hit 49 sec. before State Meet
Increase Muscular Strength and Cardiovascular endurance
Learn some more things about running a 400
