What I Hope To Accomplish


  • Shaving a second or 2 off my 400 time. 
  • Try an all out 400; no pacing; run an 24 sec 200 split 
  • Hit 49 sec. before State Meet
  • Increase Muscular Strength and Cardiovascular endurance 
  • Learn some more things about running a 400
